Geo-Nexus residential complex comprises three 3-storey blocks, each featuring four spacious bedrooms. The design integrates luxury, comfort, and climatic responsiveness, yielding a unique and innovative architectural solution. The distinctive form of these blocks plays a pivotal role in the design. Comprising blocks of similar sizes, representing each level, arranged and rotated over each other, the design creates a dynamic and sculptural form. This deliberate arrangement enables the upper blocks to provide shading for the elements below, mitigating the impact of solar radiation and reducing the need for mechanical cooling.
